The Gibson Center’s Mission Statement clearly states that we have an evolving array of services for seniors. One of the most crucial needs in this area of New England is reasonably priced housing for seniors. The marketplace is ignoring working people and those on fixed incomes.

Silver Lake Landing is an apartment building owned and operated by a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation (Silver Lake Senior Housing Corporation, controlled by the Gibson Center) on 520 feet of shoreline on scenic Silver Lake in Madison, NH. We provide affordable housing for seniors (age 62+), with preference given first to Madison residents, then Carroll County residents, then New Hampshire residents.  To maintain its tax-exempt status, a portion of the units at  must be rented to low or very low-income seniors.  Silver Lake Landing does not provide any services to tenants and is for seniors who can live independently on their own.

SLSHC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, marital status, disability, or sexual orientation.
